Our skin faces constant moisturizers of chemicals daily from pollution to the severe chemical state products that make the skin of its natural balance. Ayurvedic home remedies will help you in making the skin clear, healthy and glow. Ayurveda had many natural ways by which we can maintain a healthy and glow skin. By this natural ways, they can be beautiful for long period without any side effects of the chemicals.

Some of the tips to achieve natural beautiful skin:-
1. Add equal quantity of cucumber juice, rose water and lime juice and the mix it. Before applying wash the face and apply it in the night. In the morning wash it out, by thus your skin will gives the natural color and keeps healthy.
2. To clean your skin, take 50ml. of milk which is not boiled and add little salt and two teaspoons of lime juice in it. Mix it and use it like a cleansing lotion.
3. Add equal quantities of lime juice, glycerin and rose water. Daily use this lotion to your face at a bed time. It is useful in removing the pimples, blackheads and spots of your skin. By this your skin will become soft, and you can also apply to other parts of your body (ex: - hands, feet etc.)
4. To make your skin soft and glow, take 50ml. of tomato juice and add one teaspoon of lemon juice and apply to your face.
5. If you had an unwanted hair then take equal quantities of turmeric powder and wheat flour and make a paste using sesame oil.
6. For smooth and soft skin apply orange juice to your face.
7. To keep the wrinkles away, take 30ml. of cabbage juice and one teaspoon of honey and apply to your face regularly.
8. To become your skin glow, take carrots and make it into paste and apply it to your face and wash it after 1hour.
9. Applying the mint juice daily to your face will help in removing the spots.
10. Daily drink plenty of water which helps in your health and hair.
11. Take daily green vegetables, fruits, honey, cereals, nuts, grains, milk products and you should not take cholesterol food in your diet
12. Eat balanced diet for your healthy skin and hair like fish, soybeans and salads which is prepared by vegetables.
13. For removing tiredness in your eyes and make it shines, take boiled tea leaves and add them in powdered ice and keep them in a piece of cloth on the eyes.
14. Add some camphor in coconut oil and apply this oil daily to your hair. This should be done nicely using your fingertips working at the hair roots in your hair. By using this dandruff will remove with in 15days.
15. Mix lemon juice and coconut oil and apply this mixture on your hair and massage it deeply. Do this regularly for a few days.
16. Apply lemon juice for your hair and keep it for 10-15minutes and wash it, it is used for oily hairs.
17. You can also use triphala powder which is a natural herbal hair care for oily hair.
18. Add egg yolk and water and apply it to your hair and keep it for 10-15minutes and then wash it out with cold water. This is useful for dry hair.
19. Keeping hair oils like coconut oil, castor oil and olive oil are best useful home remedies for regular massage.
20. Take 4 teaspoons of lime juice in ice water and take cotton in it and keep it on eyes, by this the tiredness will be removed.
21. Take a fresh fig and cut into half and place half over on each eye, by this the dark circles will get remove.
22. Ayurvedic products are rich in rose petals which is the best nourishment for the skin.
23. Taking spoon of ginger juice with lime before meals supports the digestive system and makes the dull skin glow.

1. Take a spoon of camphor to half cup of coconut oil. You can also use neem oil instead of coconut oil. Try for at least 15days and you can feel the difference on your healthy hair.
2. Mix a spoon of oil, mustard oil and coconut oil or neem oil and massage your hair every night and keep the shampoo in the next day.
