Blood Cholesterol

Cholestrol is a yellowish fatty nature which is the one of the main part of our body. Even it is essential to our life it has a bad estimation because it effects in the major part of the heart disease. The person who is having high blood cholesterol will lead to heart attach or stroke. The most of the cholesterol is found in the body which is produced in the liver. Around 20-30% generally comes from the food we eat also.

About 80% of the body's cholesterol is produced by the liver.
Cholesterol is mainly measured in milligrams/ 10millimeters of blood.
The normal level will vary from 150-200 mg per 100ml.

In our body mainly cholestrol will occur in the combination with certain fats and they are known as lipoptroteins.
There are two types of lipoproteins. They are
1. Low density one (LDL)
2. High density one(HDL)

The LDL is the one which is considered as harmful and it is joined with the cholesterol deposits in blood vessels.
The HDL is higher than the ratio of LDL to the total cholestrol, if it is high then there will be risk of arterial damage and also heart disease. On the other HDL will play a major role in helping remove cholesterol from the circulation and also reduces the risk of heart diseases.

Causes of cholesterol

Hereditary
Hyper cholesterolaemia or increase of cholesterol then it comes under hereditary disorder.

Excessive process of consuming the rich foods
It is caused by taking rich and fried foods: more number of milk and its products like clarified butter, cream and butter, biscuits, cheese and non vegetarian etc.

Smoking, Drinking and Stress
The main cause of cholesterol is irregularity habits like smoking and drinking. Stress also found as a major cause of increase level of cholesterol.

Symptoms Of cholesterol
1. General weariness of Physical or mental will result from exertion.
2. More sweating and feeling uneasiness.
3. There will be pain and heaviness in the chest area.
4. Breathing will be problem.

Herbal advantages
1. Eating the garlic regularly which is an effective herbal use for lowering the cholestrol.
2. You should take 3grams of giloye with the black pepper twice a day.
3. Eating One tablespoon of honey is also good.
4. Take the guggulu for natural use to reduce the cholestrol.
5. Eat ishabgul seeds twice a day.

Foods that are having less fat
In order to decrease the cholestrol with diect you need to decrease the the amount of fat you are taking in your food. The people who want to decrease their cholesterol they need to eat lee fat foods. There are some of the low fat and cholestrol foods that you can choose form your food.
1. Mainly fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, fish, whole grains, brown rice and cereals.

High diet for cholestrol
1. It consists of packaged diet and fast foods.
2. Sugar and high sweet corn syrup.
3. Taking meat, fish and fish oil.
4. Sugar and High Fructose Corn Syrup,
5. Meats, Fish and Fish Oil.
