A Guide to the Treatment of Common Ailments

Common ailments are the common diseases that which occur in our daily life. They are called as common ailments because they occur in common instances to most of the individuals. The common ailments are cough and cold, stomach disorder, skin infections, pimples etc There are some steps which should be followed in order to prevent the common ailments. The main point is that we forget them in most of the cases and then we are attacked by these ailments. Here are some tips which prevent the common ailments. Take the preventive measures to common ailments and even if you can't avoid it is better to avoid them totally but they will be cured to greater extent.

These common ailments are very irritating in sometimes especially when it comes to children. You will become very weak and your routine life will get upset if you're suffering from any normal ailments. There are some ways by which you can prevent it and cure. These are not serious issue or concern which you have to be worried. If you take little bit of care and interest then you can overcome from illness. As a parent you have the right to take care about your children in not affecting common ailments.

For this you should be aware and you need to take minimum protection to your child which will help them to fight against the common ailments. If you are child does not get well in a week or in a maximum time you should immediately take him/her to a doctor by that you can know what has happened.

Some of the common ailments are:-
There are so many varieties of common ailments by which people are suffering from. But these ailments are not very serious and they can be cured by taking some tips. If your ailments don't work then you should immediately consult a doctor. Some of the common ailments are:

1. Allergy
2. Full headache
3. Heartburn
4. Nasal congestion
5. Cough and cold
6. Fever
7. Stomach disorders
8. Stomach aches
9. Migraine
10. Acidity
11. Constipation(obstruction)

Preventions:-
1. If you are having cough or cold then don't sit under the A.C. for a long time and don't drink cold drinks and ice creams.
2. If have congestion problem then don't breath the polluted air outside and wear a mask while going out.
3. Don't eat the junk food. By this stomach disorders will occur.
4. Having the balanced diet like seeds, green leafy vegetables, cereals, fresh fruits and other foods which having vitamins and proteins in it will keep the body healthy and strong to fight with various diseases.
5. Keep yourself clean, take frequent baths and wash the face, hands and legs whenever you come from outside and will prevent from germs in our body.
6. Whenever you get sneezing or cough, cover the face with a hand kerchief.
7. You should have a proper sleep for at least 6-7hours and avoid stress and tension. This will prevent from headache and other parts.

Home remedies:-
1. For curing congestion you can smell red pepper or some jalapenos.
2. If you are suffering from mild bronchitis then take steam shower.
3. For curing throat sore take gargle with hot water and put two 2 or 3 pinches of salt in it.
4. For avoiding allergies and cold drink green tea.
5. Keep yourself from hydrated by drinking lots of water.
6. To avoid fever or flu you can eat artichokes
7. For toothache you can take clove oil and apply at the tooth where it is paining.
8. If you are having body pains you can have hot milk with turmeric's in it.
9. Drink lemon and ginger tea to cure stomach ache.
