Diet Tips

1. Drink water in more quantity or non calorie drinks.
2. Prepare a list that what you can include and what you can't in your diet.
3. Do not take food when you are not hungry.
4. Maintain your kitchen with diet food and enjoy your favorite foods outside.
5. Do not eat heavy meals at a time; try to take it in 3-4 times in a day.
6. Take seasonal food; keep maintaining the proteins in your food.
7. Try to reduce your stress.
8. Do not take fast food, junk food, non nutrition food.
9. Do not take many drinks along with meals.
10. For good digestion you need the chew the food thoroughly.
11. Give more spice to your food; It will increase the blood flow.
12. Keep maintaining your weight loss chart every week.
13. Take Fruits and vegetables, at least one egg in each and every meal.
14. Stop using the pasteurized or homogenized milk.
15. Don't use Omega-6 oils because they are unhealthy oils, use healthy oils, such as Olive oil and Coconut oil.,
