Eye Care

Eye is the one of the most important parts in our body. Eyes are most precious physical attributes which is gifted by god to us. All should take good care of their eyes because if it is lost it won't get again. As we have eyes we can check of our health and strength of our body and we can also see the beautiful world with our eyes, but we never take proper care about it. But we keep straining them in all ways. This all not a good things to do, because the eyes will lose their usual power to see and become weak day by day. There are some tips for the proper eye care.

There are simple eye care tips should be done but they show great results for your eyes in the long run. Like other parts of the body, eyes are silently and continuous working throughout the day, like working in front of the computers, studying, reading or watching television or doing any other activity, our eyes will tolerate all this and at the end of the day we feel that our eyes are tired. Doing proper eye care and exercises for our eyes are very important for keeping our eyes healthy and stress free and coming out of the tiredness.

Some of the tips are:-
1. Washing your eyes in regular intervals. Washing with cold water, eyes feel a good care to it.
2. It also includes in food which are having rich in vitamins like papaya, egg, fish, milk and lots of green vegetables.
3. Drinking lot of water also one of tip for eye care.
4. If you are having dark circles then keep slices of cucumber and potato.
5. Drench amla in water overnight. Draw it and use the water for washing the eyes. It will give comfort to your eyes.
6. Keeping cotton in lukewarm milk and if you place it on your eyes also gives relief to your eyes.
7. Make it habit to relax your eye muscles by closing it at some fixed times daily. Close your eyes and think something good.
8. By adding salt with water can cure red itch eyes.
9. Visit an eye specialist regularly for thorough eye check up.

Eye exercises:-
There are two types of eye exercises. They are:-
1. Mechanically doing the eye exercise will help to improve the mechanical stability of your eye by coordinating and strengthening your eye muscles. It will strengthen the condition power of the eye and it balances function with that of accommodation
2. Optically doing the eye exercise will help to improve the optical image coordination between the two eyes, and it permits a three dimensional accurate picture which is to be received and it evaluates the brain.
3. Although there are so many benefits of eye exercises for your health and fitness, but it won't have any useful if you think they would lower your spectacle number, cure glaucoma or any other organic disability in the eyes. Doing this eye exercises also don't cure high degrees of glance for which surgery is only method.

Tips for tired eyes:-
1. Apply a cup of palm on your eyes to make them relaxed, by this the eyes will get comfort and soothes your eyes.
2. When you're are reading, studying or working on computer for so many hours, make horizontal and vertical movements for your eyes to the maximum extreme for every thirty minutes.
3. Looking far and then at a point close to you quickly for a few times is a good eye relaxation technique.
4. While sleeping avoid reading the books and you should maintain a distance of half feet between the eyes and your book.
5. Let the eyes be relax by taking a napkin which is taken from the water and squeeze the water and keep it on your eyes.
6. Use moisturizers or lubricating eye drops also gets relief from tired eyes.
