Home Exercises

There are some tests which can be done simply performed at your home with less equipment which can find around the home. The given tests are designed to quick measurements of a person's general fitness level and act as a measurement for future testing. Once you complete the test you wish to train for few months. 1. Pushups- test the upper body strength.
2. Sit ups- tests the abdominal
3. Squats- measure the lower body strength.
4. Vertical Jump- measures the leg explosive power.
5. Step test- measures the aerobic endurance.
6. Sit & Reach- measures the flexibility.
