Health is a very important subject to every human being. It is also includes your feelings, relationships with others, and your life style apart from all the organs of your body. Here are the few General Health tips for you.

1. Take 10-12 glasses of water in a day, do not add salt to your food, you can add half spoon salt to water, and it cleans out poison and helps the body function very well.

2. Include motion to your life, means habituate to walk every day, do not use lifts, use stair case.

3. Appreciate your self and think positively.

4. Spend some time to Relax, so that it can reduce your stress.

5. Sleep 6-8 hours a night.

6. Wash your hands before eating and after using the rest room.

7. Take the neutralized food in heavy quantity.

8. Take vegetables and fruits every day.

9. Do the exercises daily and take water after and before the exercise.
