How to Look Younger

Looking young is a good feeling, looking beautiful at the same time is even better. But people believe that they cannot look young and beautiful but this is not the reason, by doing little changes we can make a big difference in the way we look and feel. If we look and feel great means we can achieve much more with our increases confidence. Off course, every one of us wants to look young throughout his/her life. However, time is very fast and you become an older every year. There are some tips by which you can make younger and beautiful also. And if you keep your body fit by doing regular exercises daily and check your diet, your body will feel as quite young. Some of the tips are:

How to look young and beautiful:
1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. By this your body stays hydrated and it will flush all the toxins as well. It will make your face glow and shiny.
2. Keep sunscreen lotions when you go out in the day because to protect your skin from ultra violet rays.
3. Go to the hairdresser for new styles on your hair. Go for new hairstyles by which you can look younger.
4. Take special care for the lipstick colors. Better to avoid bright red and brown shades and use neutrals like pinks and beiges.
5. Don't overdo your eyebrows outlining.
6. Manicures and pedicures should be done regularly.
7. Facial sitting must be done at least once in a month
8. Avoid round neck blouses. Prefer to wear V-neck clothes
9. Every time maintain proper and confident posture. By this you look younger as well as you look slimmer than you are.
10. The perfumes make you much younger than you really are. According to the report, women using scents with pink grapefruit are looking 6 years much younger than their actual age.
11. Sleep at least 7-8 hours per day which helps you feel young as well as extreme refresh.
12. It is said that love can make you feel young than your age. Fall in love with your lover once again or fall in love with yourself.
13. Avoid foods which have more content of sugar in the food items.
14. Daily eat lot of fruits and vegetables and the food which have more proteins in it. Increase your vitamins on your food.
15. If you are having overweight, better try to lose by having healthy diet and doing regular exercise.
16. Better to do regular cleansing, toning, moisturize and nourishing your skin
17. Try to avoid smoking because it speeds up the age.
18. Eat more quantity of dark-colored fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds and aromatic herbs and spices.
