Giving lots of love, patient and understanding them, giving good food and hygiene practice are the basic things done for a kid's health.
The simplest way for a child to continue a routine, is to make it and habit and you should involve in it. It includes everything like taking healthy food, exercise, and most important is hygiene.
The major health problems in children are obesity, and should require lack of regular exercise and also yearly check-ups.
1. It is highly advise that children should eat a balanced diet, which will include a lot fruits(in which vitamins and minerals are high.
2. Leafy greens(which should have antioxidants), and
3. Tomatoes which are having excellent source of antioxidants which will help in strengthening of immune system.
4. Avoid fried foods, and also eating in the night times because it creates the problems like acne in teen years and also adds the pounds fast.
5. Tell them to wash their hands often.
6. Don't share the water bottles or other drunken water because that is the faster way to get sick.
7. Tell them to drink lots of water.
8. Teach kids to wash their hands often and tell them not to put their hands in the mouth or bite their nails. That's a very important step to keep from getting sick
