Meditation

Mediation is self-guided exercise for relaxing the body and calming the mind. The mediation techniques can be found particularly in India, china, and Japan. The main advantage of the mediation is reducing the stress of both mind and body. Regular medication can helps us to reduce the doctor visits and increase length of service of life, reduce the high blood pressure, cholesterol, and increase the intelligence.

Types of Meditation:-
Meditation is mainly categorized in to two. They are
1. Concentrative meditation: Concentrative meditation is one of the most significant techniques to increase your personal development efforts. In this method you can select an object or image and concentrate on it.
2. Mindfulness meditation: It is also known as insight meditation, it involves focusing on your mind. Choose a calm and comfortable place. Sit in a chair or on the floor with your head, neck and back straight but not stiff.

There are several benefits with regular practice of mediation.
