Now-a-days people are becoming more and more health conscious and also about their outlook. Skin care is also a part of healthy lifestyle and skin care is so important. It covers the outer body so it is affected from dust, pollution, changes in the seasonal etc. Mental and physical stress will directly affects the skin and results are known.
Skin care can be taken by two ways
1. First way is by external methods
2. By taking correct food at time.
There are 3types of skin types. They are Oily, Dry and Combination.
Oily Skin
It is usually shiny in appearing because oil present in the skin layer. Thus it attracts more dust which will sticks to the skin. Due to this it will result in clogging of pores, acne and other problems which relates to skin. As skin has capable of getting the outside dirt we need to take care in order to maintain a healthy skin. Oily skin does not require moisturizers as it already contains oil.
Dry Skin
It appears like dry and sometimes it will look like a paling; it often feels tight after washing the face. This mainly happens due to large amount of oil present in the skin layer. This is the main reasons it becomes tight and the skin changes to weather changes also. Dust does not move to settle on dry skin because it is not an oily skin. The people with dry skin are not going any problems like clogging of pores and acne like oily skin. The oil content in the skin layer is less so moisturizer is required.
Combination Skin
It is the mixture of oily and dry skin. Some parts will have oil in skin and appear shiner where the other is dry and flakes as it contains less oil. The people having oily mainly at their T-zone, which is across their forehead, nose and chin (central forward portion of the lower jaw) and the dry area includes the cheeks, neck and around their eyes. In this skin type you face problems for both the oily and dry type. Proper cleaning with water is required for oily part and moisturizer is required for the dry area.
Sensitive Skin
This type of skin is very sensitive to change according to the climate. They have the advantages like bleaching, waxing, threading, perfumes etc. and for men sun; perfumes etc. avoid the products like dyes, perfumes or unnecessary chemical products which will irritate the skin.
There are different types of skin treatments based on the skin type. Daily using skin care will result in simple skin clean and moisturizer will result in a healthy skin. People should know what type of their skin is and then according to it they should use their products on their skin.
Taking the healthy food and healthy lifestyle are the main parts of skin care. You will be surprised after taking healthy food and life style and it helps in getting the healthy skin which will make toy to look younger. If the food rich is more in fat and calories it won't be the reason for a greater looking skin. The food in iron, Mineral, vitamins is very good for your skin. Taking lot of water will also be useful as it removes the toxic from our body and it makes you healthier and glow. Regular exercise and enough sleep is also a part of healthy lifestyle.
