Teen Health

As a teenager, you may go through many changes. But one thing is that your body is on its way for becoming the adult size. Have you ever noticed that you cannot fit into your old shoes or the jeans which is short? Along with the changes, you probably become more independent and will make your new own choices. Some of the biggest choices are for your face and your health.

Because healthy habits, which includes eating nutritiously and being physically active, will help you in making you feel good, looking good and do your best in your school, work and sports. They may also prevent you from diabetes, high blood pressure, heart diseases, osteoporosis, stroke and cancers when you are old. Now it is the time to make changes for your health. Making small changes also will make you feel better and look good.

Tips:-
Some of the tips for teen health are
1. Eating lot of fruits
2. Taking less rest and more workouts
It is hard for teenagers to lose weight while they are taking rest for 5minutes between sets. You should get up and work more. Daily do at least 4 sets of jumping jacks, it will work!
1. Lift weights
2. Daily do 15 sit-ups.
3. Try to Straighten your posture
4. Daily eat an apple
5. Stand up and stretch your body
6. Do 10lunges
7. Drink water because it is good for health
8. Keep smiling
9. Keep oatmeal packet in your pocket or purse for a healthy breakfast
Whenever we talk about the teen age, we will go back to our years of freedom, enjoyment, energy and excitement. The age of experimenting the things is also what we call. Teens mean energy, full of life. But now a day the teenagers are depending more on junk foods
