Yeast Infection

Yeast infection is also known as candidiasis, it is the name for common infection caused by yeast called candida albicans (it is a type of fungus). It usually occurs in warm, moist parts of the body like mouth and moist areas of skin. When it causes an infection in the vagina it is called as vulvovaginal candidiasis. Candida can undergo for many reasons like stress, pregnancy and illness which affects the immune system and may allow yeast to multiply, as medicines. This will include some birth control pills and steroids. If you are taking antibiotics like strep throat then the antibiotics will kill "good" bacteria" which also alive in the body and normally keep the growth of Candida in the vagina in check. Yeast can also occur if the girl's blood sugar is high.Girls who are having diabetes which is not in control are at a higher risk for yeast infections.

Symptoms:-
1. There will be Itching and burning in the vagina area
2. Swelling occurs
3. Sensitivity
4. Discharge of vaginal
5. Paining during sexual intercourse
6. Occurs burning sensation during urination

Once you had yeast infection, you will probably never want it again. To lower your chances of experiencing another yeast or infection and to prevent it in the first place, here are some tips you can do:

1. Taking a daily supplement design will help in preventing the recurrence of a yeast infection.
2. You should keep your vaginal area clean and make sure to wash the area when you shower.
3. After bath, make sure whether vaginal area is completely dry before getting dressed.
4. Use cotton underpants and pantyhose with a cotton crotch
5. Avoid sharing towels and your wash clothes
6. Try to avoid the cloth which is tight in the crotch
7. Change your exercise clothes or swimsuit after your work is completed.
8. Don’t use scent soaps, perfumes and talcum powder
9. Wash your under garments using hot water
10. Use only antibiotics when it is necessary only.
11. Change your sanitary pads frequently.
12. Eat the high food which is high in vegetables, proteins and grains.
13. Avoid processes foods, sugars and alcohol.

6. Pregnancy
7. Oral contraceptives
8. Hormonal changes
9. Repeated intercourse in a short period
10. Unhygienic conditions
11. Wearing tight clothes
12. Hot and humid weather
13. Changes in Diet
14. less nutrition
15. Lot of Sweating
16. Injuries
17. There will be Allergic reactions
